All our recipes can be frozen!

We recommend that you take them out of the pots and pop them into a freezer safe container or even an ice cube tray when your first weaning, but as soon as you open that foil lid treat the ingredients as fresh produce!

And who said we haven’t thought of everything.

    Much Love

Wanted to say a quick “hello” and wondered what your thoughts were on anchovies. I normally pick them off my plate as I find them too strong, but today I just had the most delicious salad, which fresh anchovies and they were utterly delicious.  I can also recommend a tiny drizzle of truffle oil on any pasta, or a new discovery for me (on a budget) with is barley, served plain with a drizzle of said oil and parmesan, and ground black pepper.  Really delicious.

    Must dash

    Love

The World Environment Day slogan for 2008 is Kick the Habit! Towards a Low Carbon Economy.

Recognising that climate change is becoming the defining issue of our era, the United Nations is asking countries, companies and communities to focus on greenhouse gas emissions and how to reduce them. The World Environment Day will highlight resources and initiatives that promote low carbon economies and life-styles, such as improved energy efficiency, alternative energy sources, forest conservation and eco-friendly consumption.

At Plum Baby we work very hard to be ‘greener’ and a responsible company towards our planet.

Our polymer pots are 100% recyclable which means they can be turned into other useful things like guttering and pipes. It doesn’t stop there!

All our day-to-day used office paper, cardboard, bottles and cans are recycled.

With the help of the Carbon Neutral Company we have taken great care to track our carbon footprint. So we are ever mindful to work to lower our impact on the environment.

Wherever possible, all our paper and stationery items are made from recycled stuff like reclaimed waste paper, vending machine cups and even car tyres.

We have a regular collection for used stamps and bottle tops and they go off to local charities to raise funds

     - there’s so much you can do with just a little effort.
