finger foods
Once your baby shows an interest in grabbing and holding things and their coordination improves, you can introduce some soft finger foods such as steamed vegetables, slices of soft fruit and sticks of cheese.
As long as they can chew and the foods you offer them are soft and easy to swallow, then you will be ok. But NEVER leave your child unattended. They can get in a pickle with anything so don’t take the risk, have your beady eyes peeled at all times.
