who’s talking about Plum?
“I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all at Plum for making my recent holiday to Tenerife so easy. I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old and was rather worried about the food that they would be eating, especially as my 6 month
old had only just started on solids. I packed a variety of your nutritious and delicious snacks and meals and both children loved them and they were easy to transport making my life so much easier. thank you again!”

“My son Callum has been weaned with Plum baby food and continues to enjoy your meals and toddler products still. I really just wanted to say a big thank you for creating a product that I can feed my child without fear of hidden nasties or the like. I try to ensure that Callum eats a fully organic varied diet and Plum plays a big part in that! He is 18 months and is the least fussy child I know; I truly believe that is down to being exposed to such a big variety of food. He has never turned his nose up at any Plum meal I have put in front of him, as they are truly scrumptious!”

“He just loved this meal, polishing off an entire pot! The curry smelt delicious and again you could easily pick out the ingredients such as the lentils, bits of beef and various vegetables.”

“Just been having a peek at ‘Plum Vision’ and I am absolutely wowed by you!! Jack has already tried your spinach parsnip and basil and loves it -- so do we as a matter of fact! We’ll most certainly be trying out more of your products. Simply inspirational! Thank you. ”
- Jenny, Rob and baby Jack
“I would just like to say how fantastic your new range of supersnacks are! I thought that my two year old had outgrown Plum Baby; but walking down the baby aisle to get some nappy cream I spotted these and bought some for her to have at our bbq this evening. She loved them! and it wasn’t just her! The whole table ate were eating the cheesy bread sticks with some houmous and thought they were great! Really happy that we can still buy Plum Baby, as I have always thought your foods are so much more health concious & nutritionally aware than other baby brands”.

“We’ve had an exciting food day! Monty has moved on to Stage 3 food, largely because the only thing I had in my cupboard was a Plum baby food’s Taste Adventures that sounded hilariously adult – Sweet potato with Peri Peri Chicken…”

Tried & Tested: Plum’s Taste Adventures Pots -- “It looked and tasted great, like home-cooked baby food, and you can pick out individual flavours. It smelled great too. He seemed to really enjoy the tastes and ate almost the whole pots each time.”

Blogger Becky Arber tells us what Plum baby food means to her: ”Their food is so tasty, so honest and full of flavour – it does what it says on the pouch. I loved the wholesome little additions of ingredients like quinoa that keep your little ones fuller for longer. When Holly got a little older I realised I was going to have to branch out and use baby food differently. We stuck with the pouches Holly loved but we now use them in a new way.”

“Plum is a great baby food brand that not only championed superfoods within its recipes, but has been working closely with parents to encourage fresh home cooking via its new Cookery School. With the help of celebrity chef, Rachel Allen, and experienced nutritionist, Beverley Glock, Plum launched the Cookery School this summer to assist with weaning questions and queries and provide tasty recipe suggestions for parents looking for guidance.”
“The videos are on Plum’s website and interested parents are also invited to the school on a regular basis. In addition to the school, Plum features an increasing number of varied foods including the scrumptious new Taste Adventures range featuring exotic dishes from around the world.”
Prices for Plum products start from 99p and are available in most major supermarkets.

“Plum set out with a mission to kick start babies’ taste adventures the right way. That’s why Plum enlisted top baby food experts and worked with mums and babies of all stages to create the most informative and entertaining weaning films ever made. For the first time, Plum is sharing its tasty recipes through a series of brand-new weaning videos, created to give mums peace of mind that their baby’s development is 100% looked after, whilst also demonstrating how each and every ingredient is expertly picked and pureed.” -- August 2012

“Earlier this year we teamed up with Plum to search for an Asda mum to take part in the first ever Plum Cookery School. Winner Becky Arber from Leeds and her baby Holly joined four other mums for two days at the cookery school where they met celebrity chef Rachel Allen and child food and weaning expert Beverley Glock.
As well as cooking some of Plum’s own recipes, Becky also got the chance to learn how to cook some other baby and family friendly recipes. And Becky and Holly also got to star in Plum’s new weaning videos, created so that other mums can take advantage of the expert weaning advice.” - July 2012

Turns out Johnny Vaughan likes a bit of Plum fruit puree for a pick-me-up!
“An organic baby food brand has launched its first cookery school in Princes Risborough, which is working with celebrity chef, Rachel Allen. Plum Baby has opened the school to help parents take the worry out of weaning and is hosted by child nutrition expert, Beverley Glock. Rachel Allen is working with Plum and will be on hand to give her own recipe suggestions and answer cooking-related questions.
The school, which is currently based online, aims to allow parents to take advantage of recipe development sessions and informal chats with child nutrition experts. Their babies will also get to taste-test a range of new recipes designed especially for younger palates.
Beverley, who has 11 years experience of cooking with mums and babies, even earning the title of children’s food expert for The Times, said: “I’m really looking forward to hosting the Plum Cookery School. It’s my passion to encourage children to be interested in food, and I think it’s fantastic that Plum is supporting this and getting both mums and their babies involved in the cooking process.” -July 2012
