Brilliant Healthy Start To The Day! Review by SussexMummy

Gluten and Dairy free is a must for early weaning and this product is great for that. Even at 10 months my Little Man devours it. Great hot or cold. Nice tasty breakfast!! (Posted on 18/08/2011)
A perfect portion of plum porridge in a pouch! Review by Noah's mummy
Quality
Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou :) A perfect portion of plum porridge in a pouch! My son (and 4 year old daughter) has Plum porridge every day for breakfast. This has just made mornings even easier - and I'm happy they're having a healthy, nutritious start to the day. Can't wait till I can buy them! (Posted on 29/07/2011)

Lovely texture, nice smell and baby gobbled it down! Makes breakfast easier, will certainly be buying again! It was our favorite breakfast pouch by far. (Posted on 25/07/2011)
Another excellent product from Plum! Review by Suzy
Quality
My 8 month daughter has tried several brands of baby food, and there aren't many as good as the real thing. However, every one we've tried from Plum actually tastes like the food it says it is. This porridge is no exception. It's a good consistency, almost runny, but just thick enPugh to stay on the spoon. Delicious - even I like the taste! And my daughter actually finishes the lot in one go! I just wish they were a little cheaper. Well done Plum! (Posted on 24/07/2011)
good texture, loved by my baby Review by Jemma

This has a really good texture, not too runny so you don't lose half of it down the front of the bib. My little girl is 8 months old and gobbled it down for breakfast. She also likes to have some of this after her dinner. She is incredibly fussy so it is great to find something else to feed to her. (Posted on 19/07/2011)
Excellent for a fussy eater Review by Katieg

William has always been a fussy eater, which is the last thing you need on a busy morning before work etc! This porridge was wolfed down him - my only compliant would be that the pouch ran out too fast!!!!

Perfect for camping! Review by Mummy_to_two_monkeys
Quality
2011 is our year of camping with a couple of weekends booked throughout the season ... with two under threes. Yes, we're a bit mad.

Thank goodness for the tastiness and simplicity of Plum pouches is all I can say! My youngest is 6 months and hasn't long been on the weaning journey but he absolutely loved this flavour - or I should say he enjoyed the tastes he got inbetween my older son of 2 helping himself!

We don't use pouches a lot when at home but I will definitely be stocking up on this one for our next trip :)

Big thumbs up from both me, the toddle-monkey and the baby-monkey (Posted on 18/07/2011)
Yummy Yummy in My Tummy! Review by Rufus' Mummy
Quality
This was a real treat for both of us; Rufus got fruit and oats, whilst I got a very quick and easy breakfast to prepare! Even though Rufus is a very hungry 8 month old, I think this had a good amount for him, alongside his morning milk. He did clear the bowl, but I don't think he needed any more. He also had a long nap after this, and I didn't need to wash up lots of things - a good result!

He definitely loved the taste - the arms and legs were wiggling a plenty, and the smiles only stopped to open his mouth the widest I had seen in a while.

He was more than happy to have it at room temperature and it stuck well to the spoon (handy with those arms flying about).

It was nice to know he was getting a good balance of whole milk, a combination of fruit and oats in one go.

I would definitely recommend this to others. I will be buying it in the future. (Posted on 17/07/2011)
Yummy Plummy! Review by Riley's Mama
Quality
I love pouches, they make life so much easier and somehow the food seems fresher than the horrible orange staining paste you get in most jars. I like to judge baby food on the smell as well because I have found that if something smells yummy my son will eat it, if I think it smells nasty he generally won't!
Well he loved this and he wolfed it down, it looks and smells yummy and the texture was just right.
I had to give him two pouches as my son is 7 months old and he is a hungry wee man! Maybe the pouches could be made bigger for older babies. My son is obsessed with anything that contains banana so this is definitely going on my shopping list! I would have given this 5 stars of the pouch had been bigger. (Posted on 16/07/2011)
Tasty filling breakfast Review by Blake's mummy
Quality
First I tasted this and thought the flavours were really good, you could really taste the oats and banana. I then fed the rest of the pouch to my little boy who's 8 months and he loved it. It is a really tasty wholesome breakfast and I love the idea of it being in a pouch - great for when you are in a rush or away from home but still knowing your child is getting a really healthy start to the day. Yummy scrummy!!! Review by allyboogle

A lovely product that my seven month old Eloise really enjoyed, however if i was to have one critisism and that is its a bit too runny.

I know they are from babies from 4 months but a little bit more thickness would keep it on the spoon better.

Love the fact its in a convienient pouch too (Posted on 14/07/2011)
We Need a Bigger Pouch! Review by Claire
Quality
Cecilie is 7 months and while she loves her food, she never usually finishes a pouch in one go - until now. She absolutely loved these breakfasts and it didn't take her long to empty the pouch - I'm sure she would have eaten more.

These, like all Plum baby pouches, are really handy and easy to use. Some days fitting in Cecilie's breakfast somewhere in-between dressing and feeding my other daughters before the school run is a problem, but this just makes it all so simple. Out of the cupboard, squeeze onto the spoon and
we're off!

It is very smooth so ideal for those starting weaning, however I would say the lack of lumps mean that you might want to experiment adding it to other foods for older babies. Although, no complaints about that just yet from my little one.

Another super Plum product. (Posted on 13/07/2011)

A handy addition to the daily diet Review by Nikky

Love the new porridge pouches and certainly no complaints from the little one. My only comment would be that I would prefer the consistency to be a little thicker.

Other than that it is a great product and seems to keep him full! (Posted on 13/07/2011)
A big success! Review by Joey's Mummy
Quality
As Joey is now 9 months old I wondered if there was enough in one of these pouches to fill his tummy up, so I squeezed the Banana and Apricot Porridge into a bowl and added a little bit of chopped fruit to it. He ate the lot, there was no mess all over his face, the highchair, or the floor, and his bib was immaculate – which is always a sign that he likes what he is eating and doesn’t just want to play with it! I thought the smell, taste and texture of this product was great too! (Posted on 12/07/2011)
An easy breakfast! Review by charlotte
Quality
My little girl can be quite a fussy little thing when it comes to breakfast. If she has porridge that is mixed with her milk it has to be just right or half way through she refuses the rest. There were no such problems with this product. The whole pouch was gone without any complaints from her!

I like that it is in a pouch form and ready to go so it made brekkie even quicker! It smells very bananary but we didnt mind as we both love 'nanas!

Great product and will definitely buy more! (Posted on 11/07/2011)
Mostly yummy! Review by Sadie's Mummy
Quality
We tried this for breakfast yesterday - it's always useful to have a pouch for breakfast when we're in a rush to get out for the day.

To begin with I was getting the effect which I normally refer to as the "baby blackbird" look...mouth open, eyes staring, making small squeaking noises for the next spoonful! Always a positive sign that it's yummy.

As we went on she got a little bit restless, which normally means she's full, so I'm suspecting this is quite a filling breakfast.

I tasted a bit, and apart from a slight bitter oat flavour to it, it is quite yummy. And of course it's so nice to know there's nothing rubbish in it, I wish the same could be said for grown up breakfasts which come so easily and readily prepared!

Would have been 5 stars if the bitter oat taste could be got rid of, and also some bits of it didn't look very well mixed up (but then I was being lazy and just squeezing onto a spoon!) (Posted on 09/07/2011)
