- Making A Purchase
Plum Baby accepts all the major credit cards carrying the Visa and Mastercard logo. Please enter all card relevant details where applicable. Please be aware that some newer switch cards do not have ISSUE numbers in these cases please use all other details including the security digits on the reverse of the card.
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, TIMELINESS OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENTS.

We know that sometimes you may want to cancel your order and we'd like to make it as easy as possible. If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you can return it, and we will replace or refund it immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. Plum Baby Ltd does not offer a free return service unless the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel. We aim to process cancellations within days of receiving the goods. - Delivery
The Delivery cost is a set price regardless of number of products purchased. This is set at £4.95

If you order online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt and then providing you are able to return the goods in the original packaging and in new condition.
Amending Your Order - before dispatch of goods

Returns Policy

Once opened due to hygiene etc we are unable to return a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your goods and notified us accordingly.
You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or use a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.
